That one emo post

Its been a few month since I left New Zealand for Singapore, yet the all the memories felt like it was just yesterday. I am truly living a dream, living my dream over there. All the memories over there bring tears, tears of joy, tears of happiness sometimes. Yes, I do miss everything and everyone there. And I mean my Survivors Family. Oscar. Darius. Ely. Marius. Bommie. Jeung-woon. Joserico. Felipe. Marinella. Daniela. Patrick. Angi Tairy. Maria Fernanda. Hashim. Julia. Pao Pao. Kathleen. Laureen. etc. and everyone else who I forgot to mention. We are really like a family, we went through all thick and thins, ups and downs, highs and lows together. It is this moment, this experience, this friendship, this memories that make you a better person in life. I could never ever again come across this group of people anywhere else anymore. So, I must treasure this memory of us. I do not want to forget. I will not forget. Always remember you guys forever. And like a rolling stones bound to meet each other again, we will meet again and continue to build our future memories. Survivor Rules!

Navy Open House!

Went to visit the Navy Base last Saturday with Jennifer, Daniel & Alice! Was a real eye-opener into the military world. Also held my first gun here! w00t

Spend some good quality time with good friends and learn new things together! Should have take some jump-shot together too.

By the way, I look forward into spending more quality time with my best buddies with stuffs like this in the future!

Some post in a while...

Zomg! Haven't been posting here for quite some time now. Sorry le blog. Lolz.Well, all is not forgotten! 3 months since my last post. Many things have recently since my last presence here (excluding busy with work and time just flies by thingy) ; went back for cny, group trip to Batam, Desaru, February and March just pass by like that, took total for less than a day annual leaves for the past few months?, bought first property @ Pandan City area, Johor, bought a new laptop (a gaming one, that is!) enrich my knowledge regarding equities, properties, gaming, current affair etc., bought my first stocks!, buddies going on work travel trip @ NZ (Enghui & Jingnin), another buddies getting married (BC & TD), quitted STA, oh and Jennifer Lawrence won Oscar Best Actress, also Iron Man 3 is showing soon!, GI JOE 2 was a disappointment -,- but not as disappointed as Ghost Rider 2. 

That basically sums up what happened in these past few months of my life here. Oh well, hope to write more soon I hope. Wish things are smooth sailing this year.

New Football Boots!

Bought a new football boots yesterday during some road show @ Funan! Cost SGD59.9 only! Bought it because I need it, not because I want it (this is what we call smart shopping!) w00t~ money well spent?

Dont know why, but first time i straightly take size 10.5 and fits well! It felt good when I tried it on too... like it was meant to be?

Oh well... goodbye my old Nike.

Language Barrier

The problem with a foreign idol, can only stay as an idol is because of the language barrier. Even if we could get close to them, there's difficulty of us communicating. This would indefinitely affect the relationship between both parties. It somehow is sad that we can only idolised our idols in form of listening to their music, watching their movies etc. But if you were to put them on a date over a dinner, there's hardly any form of communication...unless you go all the way to learn their languages. But would it worth it? Worth of the time and effort? I guess it should worth it. -pondering-

Was complaining the other day, long long time ago about nobody invited a certain someone to their weddings and all of the suddeny I had 3 weddings that I had to attend to this year! Argh.. Things always come together and when their not, they just dont come at all. Gotta prepare the red-packets. ~.~

Anyways, congratulations to cousin David and his new bride Sharon, old buds Jack and Alexuz and Henry and Jane and wish you guys a blissful and happy marriage! #awwwe

Rants

Enough of being optimistic since I came back from China. lol.

Spent yesterday's night with my good old bud Andy who transitted to Taiwan via Singapore. He's a really good friend of mine that I would give up my usual wednesday football session just to meet him up! Hey, its not everyday you get a visitor from Taiwan, plus its an old buddy too lol We share our life's experience together, but as usual he did the talking more. :D That's the old Andy I know.

By the way, just posting here as it is Euro Cup 2012 Season now...anyways was browsing through Facebook, and it somehow felt different this time. I find life is unfair and some people has the better lives (or better halves) Am I not deserving all these? Or has my time not arrived yet? Was it not my time to shine yet? Or something is holding back from letting the light of my life shining? I find that my new-found optimism (that I have acquired in China) seems to be fading away.. and all the clouds of negativism taking over. Hmmm, I could place the blame on being with the wrong peers. I must do something to my life, I am still thinking... but action must be carry out soon!

Of course, by keeping the motto "look to the future, appreciate the present and put the past behind" actively applied into my life. Ahhh, reaching this sentence, after ranting and expressing, that optimism-spirit is kind of holding on now. *side-smile*

Its Friday night...

Its Friday night! Its actually over 12 and am in Saturdays now... Just got back from meeting up old pals at Bugis and Bugis+ (Jingnin and Enghui, the original buds that I've spent my last STPM paper with) Seriously, they are a good friend, just gotta have a mutual respect for each other then all is good. Had our dinner at V8 Cafe, initially thought that place will have long queue...probably is due to food quality reduced? Anyways, went there for the 2nd time and seriously, I'm not sure if there will be a 3rd time as it didnt 'enticed' me enough to come back for more..menus are cheap though.

Thursday night went to PC Fair 2012 and bought a Toshiba 500G Portable Hard Disk for my sister (cost SGD86/-, cheapest for the fair so far I've checked!) That day also I have met up another old friend (Robin and the gf, Yen Yen) Had our dinner at Sushi Express where all sushi plates cost SGD1.50++ only, I still dont like octopus and squid though (argh!) We ordered a total of 29+2 plates but the stupid waitress go and write it as 39+2, we paid for more! Luckily I was smart and witty enough to do some memory calculations of what we should be paying and we went back to the cashier and stated the mistake to her. All was good as we manage to get a refund of about SGD17 back! (Hey, that's a lot and could feed a person for 1 or 2 days) (Money is hard to earn!) All thanks to me :P

Gotta give some credit to the 'yours truly' :D Felt proud of it and I do hope that I will always take note of such menial things in the future and dont get our wallets got chopped of just like that. Well 2 days of meeting 2 different groups of friend was enough to renew our acquaintance. Both near-weekend nights well spent!

Blog font changed...and others

Changed the blog's font again. Bored with the old one. Its hard to read it too! Makes me and probably some other peeps not 'entice' to read it. And speaking of enticement....recently I've watched the Avengers movie... its seriously a good show man! After watching the show, I am not entice to watch any other upcoming new shows anymore ~.~ Avengers to the end! w00t! Probably the upcoming movie in my waiting list would be Ironman 3, Thor 2, Captain America 2 and Avengers 2.... the rest.... *yawns* sleepy eyes :P

Font makes me wanna write?

This font makes me want to write more? Its like watching your own handwritten notes here. haha. Was just browsing the web when i reminded myself about this major orgy (japanese, obviously) which sets the record as the world's largest orgy ever. 250 couples or 250 men and 250 women all had sex at the same time in a warehouse? All this was filmed and you can get it on a dvd at God knows where. I am not bother to get it as i am only feeding myself with such information. Certainly, i do not have the time to watch some random 'videos' aite?

Garrett's Popcorn

I use to like the Garrett's popcorn when it first makes appearance in Singapore. The smell is very fragrant everytime we passed by it...especially the ones along Citylink Mall (pity Ocean Pacific for getting their clothings smelled of fresh popcorns everyday though) lol

but now... im kinda sick of it. Guess one should not over-indulge in something, or anything. Which makes me strikes of the popcorn off my favourite foods list. Which makes the only ones in my favourite food list is the one and only : Luxemberger Macarons... oooohh Macaroooooooooooons w00t! Hopefuly will not over indulge in this one. We have other nice macarons from Canele, TWG (but i dont prefer TWG ones)

Marina Pro?

lately, these few days, I've been spending some time and went around the places around Marina Bay area. I discover near pathway into MBS from Promenade MRT, check out foods at the Gallerie Food Court at Marina Square, walk around Marina Square, becoming soooo familiar there. Sang K at Marina Square, watched movie, and supper at Makansutra @ Glutton's Bay. Passed by some da:ns Festival.

Even got familiar with the CHIJMES' place! Have been catching the latest Rugby World Cup action at the Australian-owned Hog's Breath Cafe and Bar! Tried to see the situation at Harry's Bar (below) but was so dayum packed with people. Oh, and New Zealand beat Australia in the semis! Congrats to Piri Weepu and co.!
